2005 Re-cap...
Well December was cold, but Club Deluxe was H-O-T!! And it just keeps getting
better. This month gave us the company of old friends and introductions to
new ones. We started the New Year early and, of course, on the good foot as
always...
– The beginning of December means one thing to Jennifer—"It's
my birthday!!!" A surprise chocolate cake was shared with all! Yum! Thanks
Daniel!
– Ramu was in the house this December, ending off the year with a raucous
rendition of "Merry Motherf**king Christmas!" He brought the house
down and brought some colorful style to Club Deluxe.
– Pablo is one of our favorite poets. Come and check this man out –
he's smoother than Billie Dee!
– Our resident jazz musicians—Nova Jazz quartet—always turn
into more than just four! See them getting down, literally!
– Avotcja came to grace our mic with her soulful spoken word and Thatcher
was inspired to join in on his trumpet. This man knows what to do. We love
Thatcher!
– Daniel and Ross ooo and aahhh over chocolate cake. Musicians get hungry
playing their hearts out!
Come on down to Club Deluxe this January and start the New Year right with
good friends, great music, and spoken word.
